CONTENT SPECIALIST

Marketing is at the heart of everything we do at Supercharge Lab. We are expanding our team and looking for the right Content Specialist to join us to build our capabilities and capacity. Supercharge Lab is the leading Cognitive Computing AI technology company, applying our core engine to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally.

As a content specialist, you will work collaboratively with client and internal teams to create content that drives demand generation, awareness, engagement, and expands customer adoption through mostly digital formats. You will play a critical role in supporting the overall user experience and customer journey. You’re skilled at driving impactful messaging and strategy and you enjoy working closely with product, sales and operations teams that are fast-moving and motivated to reach a common goal. We are looking for a teammate, an entrepreneur and someone that thrives on seeing the material results of their work move the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality marketing and social media campaigns from ideation through execution and implementation. This may include the creation of creative content, copy, graphics, and hashtag strategies for implementation across multiple social media, digital, web, or mobile platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer segments and their user journeys, identifying key problems and ways our content can better serve their needs.
  • Understand a variety of businesses and draft creative strategies to achieving different goals on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing a consumer content strategy based on business objectives, goals, and consumer needs. Write, edit, and fact-check publications, including digital advertising, product copy, emails, and blogs – refresh/update content as needed.
  • Manage the workflow multiple content calendars. The calendar includes, but is not limited to, upcoming blog articles, social posts, thought-leadership pieces, product collateral, email nurture campaigns, landing pages and alike.
  • Design, implement, and measure integrated digital campaigns that leverage content as a catalyst to drive lead generation, increase engagement, and support cross sell efforts.
  • Write, edit and proofread content for digital channels, across website, PPC, email, social media, and alike. Content engages audiences at varying levels of complexity and granularity.
  • Research, identify and track keyword/ key phrase focus’ to position new content to drive demand generation.
  • Utilize best search engine optimization (SEO) practices to maximize the effectiveness of website pages and partner business listings.
  • Collaborate across the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to produce and implement digital content for our expanding as-a-Service portfolio.
  • Review and analyze the performance of website articles and newsletter distribution to make informed decisions for future content marketing initiatives.
  • Use marketing tools including HootSuite, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads and Analytics and other solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, SEMrush, WordPress and other low-code or no-code solutions to execute on content campaigns.
  • Responsible for tracking content engagement and performance across various product lines.
  • Research and stay up to date on content and consumer trends.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in concepting and leading the creation of monthly/quarterly/annual content calendars
  • Knowledgeable about the trends and techniques that make content marketing truly effective

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally, collaboratively, and effectively and work in a team environment to produce quality work and meet strict deadlines.   • Experienced in adhering to brand standards while illustrating the brand in new and creative ways
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Visual Arts, Mass Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years combined experience in marketing and communications, editorial content development and digital media content development

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are expanding our team and looking for the right Performance Marketing Specialist to join us to build our capabilities and capacity. Supercharge Lab is the leading Cognitive Computing AI technology company, applying our core engine to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Craft and enhance marketing strategies for moving audiences through the funnel
  • Own end-to-end management of global campaign execution across channels (digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) including creative and copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates
  • Employ a multi-touch approach, integrating channels such as email, search and display, social, PR, content, in-product messaging, direct mail and e-gifts to engage the target audiences and provide relevant content at each step of the journey. Develop core assets and long-form content to support campaign objectives
  • Drive delivery of key execution plans, collateral, and marketing programs and offers while keeping global stakeholders informed
  • Partner with other marketing departments and sales to create and prioritize business requirements to develop end-to-end integrated marketing plans
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to develop/evolve marketing campaigns in alignment with regional needs, as well as campaign implementation, lead routing, and follow up
  • Work with the product marketing teams on campaign themes and messaging to align to strategic objectives
  • Actively supervise all campaign analytics, partner with business intelligence team to build appropriate reporting on campaign performance and communicate results optimally to the team with recommended actions for optimization
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Defining metrics and measuring success of campaigns using internal analytics

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of performance marketing experience
  • Previous experience in driving acquisition, expansion or demand campaigns with a funnel metrics perspective is required
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into meaningful campaign optimization strategies
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive demeanor, collaborative, upbeat, and optimistic!
  • Previous experience working closely with a direct sales team is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail!

FULL STACK ENGINEER

You should be able to translate radical business dreams into technical reality. The ideal candidate is hungry, driven, communicates well and prefers structure, with a passion for startups and small businesses.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, test, and continuously improve business outcomes with end-to-end solutions.
  • Build highly scalable systems including campaign optimization solutions, content generation solutions, monitoring and reporting solutions, predictive analytics solutions, integration of APIs across multiple platforms, improving user’s experiences with ads across the platform.
  • Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and other key stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoint.
  • Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speediness and quality.
  • Work across the full stack (backend, API, services, database, web applications), building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
  • Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and product requirements

ENGINEER, DATA SCIENCE

To proactively fetch information from various sources and analyze the data to better program the product; to build AI tool(s) that automate certain processes within the company; to diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure smooth and efficient running of all Supercharge Lab systems; to fulfill the company’s technological vision; to partner with other departments as needed to increase the team’s understanding and overall knowledge of the product and its future capabilities.

Job Description

  • Build predictive and descriptive models, including machine learning models from scratch and deploy them to production. Develop and improve upon existing loss forecasting framework.
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics on strategic initiatives
  • Design bidding and response models to optimize marketing activities, lead scoring and recommendation models to optimize sales activities.
  • Develop new infrastructure to augment the Technology and Product team’s modeling capabilities.
