Sales Development Manager


This position may be virtual and remote based, and the employee must be willing to work some overlap with U.S. Central time zone work hours, as well as with clients across all U.S. time zones. Supercharge Lab is a leading US-incorporated Artificial Intelligence company, applying our cognitive AI technologies to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally. We are growing our team and are looking to onboard one or more Sales Development Managers to expand our footprint globally. Be a part of a fast-growing company in a fast-growing space! Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Development Manager will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to consumer brand companies, as well as managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing their sales options.
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Sell solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to their needs.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Research and recommend new opportunities to clients, as well as recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Grow client database by networking and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors world-wide.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from your leads and sales and abandoned converts.
  • Work closely with the CEO or other stakeholder, and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide needed updates to Team Lead and work well within the Supercharger team.
  • Be aware of other opportunities for collaboration and idea sharing with other departments.
  • Complete other duties that may arise from time to time as required for team success.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years Agency sales experience.
  • 5+ years digital, mobile or other media direct sales experience.
  • Experience in making clients feel heard and understood and helping them achieve their goals via closing sales by demonstrating expertise, effective probing and information gathering to establish business relationships.
  • Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns in digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager or director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience developing and leading sales training a plus
  • Good working knowledge of the latest online technology and trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Marketing Specialist


Marketing is at the heart of everything we do at Supercharge Lab. We are expanding our team and looking for the right Marketing Executive to join us to build our capabilities and capacity. Supercharge Lab is the leading Cognitive Computing AI technology company, applying our core engine to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally.


  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and outcomes in collaboration with both internal and external partners. This would include but is not limited to working with leadership and clients to get alignment and ensure optimized execution.
  • Have a key understanding of “glocalization”, where our marketing voice is global, local, and personalized at scale. Be accountable for communicating this voice through multiple channels, to multiple audiences.
  • Identify primary target audience for both internal and external stakeholders, crafting the right messaging for different Ideal Customer Profiles, and testing them to ensure effectiveness.
  • Build brand awareness and PR through relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Drive organic revenue growth of the organization through a demand generation agenda and a robust channel strategy.
  • Deliver insightful customer and organizational stories, providing expertise in copywriting, content creation, design, as required.
  • Where required, establish, and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Demonstrate strong personal accountability and initiative, communicating effectively and managing conflict situations with efficient diplomacy.
  • Take a data-driven approach to assessing the effectiveness of initiatives, campaigns, and strategies, including the generation of reports that enable dynamic change in the organization’s strategy.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards of excellence.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Complete other duties that may arise from time to time as required for team success.

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • An experienced performance marketer with at least 5 years of experience in working with brands, whether in-house or through an agency.
  • Skilled at multi-channel digital marketing, PR, branding, affiliate and referral marketing, and execution of performance marketing campaigns.
  • A creative, with a passion for generating impactful stories through graphics, written content, and copywriting.
  • Thorough understanding of existing social media platforms, including up and coming platforms that can generate value to our clients.
  • University degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working with fast-paced startups preferred.
  • Experience working remotely across time zones.

Creative Designer


Supercharge Lab is a leading US-incorporated Artificial Intelligence company, applying our cognitive AI technologies to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally. Marketing is at the heart of everything we do at Supercharge Lab. We are expanding our team and looking for the right Creative Designer to join us to build our capabilities and capacity. Be a part of a fast-growing company in a fast-growing space!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce general design concepts both independently and collaboratively, and present these ideas
  • Collaborate daily with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development and, at times, Product and Technology teams
  • Develop infographics, illustrations, presentations, ads, presentations, and marketing collateral among other assignments.
  • Assist with prototype development & amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

 Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years professional design experience within an advertising or marketing environment preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, including time and asset management
  • Quick, creative thinking and problem solving
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Sketch, Adobe CS, Canva)
  • Ability to integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept
  • Strong grasp of modern design patterns and trends
  • Ability to present concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations
  • Possess a deep understanding of advertising campaigns

Customer Success Manager


Supercharge Lab is a leading US-incorporated Artificial Intelligence company, applying our cognitive AI technologies to client acquisition and marketing strategies for our clients globally. We are expanding our team and looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join us to build our capabilities and capacity. Customer success drives the growth in the company and is a critical success factor for Supercharge Lab. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer success, drive value to customers, and champion customer requirements, driving customer retention and expansion.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales development representative(s) to understand customer needs, creating pitch documents and collateral that is able to win new business
  • Work with the CEO to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and drive towards key metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to shape our solutions to meet customer needs
  • Help customers onboard and extract the maximum value out of their solutions with Supercharge Lab's Sigmund
  • Educate, train, and advocate Sigmund Sales, Sigmund Marketing and Sigmund API solutions to prospects and customers
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Drive customer expansion, helping our customers to become promoters of Supercharge Lab and our solutions.

 Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success
  • Experience as an account executive in an advertising agency or similar preferred
  • A strong command of English, written, and verbal communication skills - speaking more than one language is a bonus!
  • Experience working in a global company across many time zones
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
